Jonathan Roche is an Award-Winning Fitness Expert, Best-Selling Author, a 27-time Boston Marathon Finisher (running 26 straight to raise funds for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute) and a 12-time Ironman Triathlon Finisher.
He is also the Founder and CEO of Breakthrough Health, holds two patents on Personalized Interval Training and is a Peak Performance Coach for Professional Athletes, CEOs, other leaders and many corporate teams.
Jonathan’s first book (“The No Excuses Diet”, which is an Anti-Diet book) and his second book (“12 Key Habits to Thrive”, which was released in May of 2023) were both Amazon Best Sellers (hitting as high as #3 on the overall Amazon Best Seller List).
